I got a call from [protected] stating that the person is calling from sbi bank and i'm eligible for a discount card worth of 20% and i believed it as a truth and an amount of rs. 6505 was debited from my sbi credit card. Later i spoke to the sbi bank customer care section and found this was a perfect fake call. Later i spoke to another person from that fake team with the number [protected] and [protected]. Their names are sneha mehra and neha gupta respectively.. I asked them to cancel the discount card and refund my amount back.. But their response is not genuine and they say reasons which are silly..
