Transtech Packers And Movers — haven't received my vehicle and box which i have sent through transtech

I have sent my bike and a box of valuables from transtech packers and movers. Initially they were very helpful and agreed on the price which i negotiated and also sent me the quote accordingly but then as soon as they took my bike and a box pack they sent me a higher quote, when i asked them why it is so, the accounts person mr. Abhay singh talked very rudely and frightened me if i don't pay by today then they will start charging me the penalty. As they committed, they will be delivering as soon as i pay the rest of the over charged amount, i did pay on the very next minute and received the payment invoice immediately but since then they are not replying and giving me other person's contact number. It is very tiring to follow up with them and yet i have not received my valuables which is in the box and also my bike. I have no clue where should i go and complain. Please help.
