I have bought a product order no.[protected] i.e. 20000 mAh MI power bank with 128 GB memory card.
The power bank is not working and the memory card is only 8 gb.
I have made a video during opening the box after delivery.
I have complained on the site i.e. [protected]@trapthedeal.com on Feb'12, 2017. But no any response is given till now. I have paid Rs.- 1150/- for those product. Wish to return the products and refund my money.
Feeling helpless now.
Please solve my problem.
