There is no security regarding the services which has been claimed by the travel agent from travel triangle.
Agents try to fool by adding many things in quotation (Services) and the services will be worst and travel triangle team doesn't care about these services even after complaining.
They care only about travel agents since they are getting huge commissions from them.
Inconvenience caused by the travel agencies has not been considered here (Except for missed safari).
1. Inexperienced driver (In that particular route and driver was driving with one hand bandaged). Driver almost got delayed our flight because he wanted to take of his fractured hand (Took 1 hour for his medication)
2. No details of itineraries has been provided to driver.
3. No proper sight seeing locations
4. Extra amount paid for airlines (300rs) for luggage during bangalore to delhi flight. Booked flight ticket only for passengers not for minimum luggage..
5. Airport parking fees collected from us - 180rs
6. One night stay at jim corbett hotel was a waste of time and money.
7. Travel agency not planned for the trip till last moment and also after pick up. Only booked cab, flights and hotel rooms
Overall trip was only journey and night stay at hotels except for 2 sight seeing places which was not there in itineraries.
Travel triangle customer service team are not ready to listen to complaints when contacted via phone they are very rude to reply to queries Was this information helpful? |
