Hi, I was trying to book ticket from Delhi to Bangalore for 15th Oct 2013 through in.VIA.com, timing of ticket was 18:50. I tried several times but every time it was unsuccessful and It was a night time so was feeling little sleepy also. But I tried again and again but still It was failing then I thought o[censored]sing another card of my sister which was SBI VISA Card while mine was CITI Mastreo card, this time transaction was successful. After successful booking I realised that from the listing I mistakenly selected morning flight instead of evening 18:50 flight which was unsuccessful everytime. I requested customer care to modify this to evening flight but he was asking me to pay charges for that.My complaint it when I have references of al the unsuccessful attempts due to some technical error which is not known to me this kind of mistake is expected and for that I should not be charged with modification charges.Hence I request you to kindly pithc into the matter and do justice with me.
