Travelolook — Ticket amount not refunded for 1 year and 3 months

I had booked a ticket dated 17th Nov 2020 for BOM GOA from travelolook on GO AIR, G384, 18.12.2020. The airline cancelled the ticket but as i booked via travelolook they have not yet refunded as i have been calling them regularly. Below is the chain of emails to TRAVELOLOOK. Please help.

Every week i call your customer care, very conveniently they have verification of the pax and put you on hold and the response is we're very sorry for the inconvenience, this is the last time. Your amount will be processed in 3-5 working days and it's the last time.
Are you making fun of customers or you don't want to refund the money by harrassing the pax and the pax stop calling for the refund.
I once again request for the refund and again state and ask you.
WILL YOU BE REFUNDING THE AMOUNT OR WILL YOU TAKE ANOTHER 5-10 YEARS FOR REFUND.
OR WILL YOU BE REFUNDING THE AMOUNT AFTER THE PAX IS NO MORE.

Can I have a response to this matter.

ITS BEEN ONE YEAR AND THREE MONTHS TO REFUND AN AMOUNT OF ₹2601.

TRAVELOOK IS HARRASSING PAX, i travel alomost every week Delhi BOM but have no trouble for refund from Tripjack.

Your staff disconnected my call. How rude can your staff be. Everytime I keep calling for my refund since 2020, it's over a year. Will you refund the ticket after 2, 5, 10 years or when the pax is no more.
