I booked travel ticket on 24 Mar 2024 in SBS Travels for travel Amravati-Pune for date 25 Mar 2024 with PNR[protected] other details as per attached screenshot.
I booked by tickets well in 1 day advance just to make sure I get seat in bus which will drop me at pune early morning so I can attend my office.
However bus provider cancelled the bus and didnt even informed me about bus cancellation (no call, no sms, no email) even no communication from travelyaari.
I reached pickup point and called on given number to check bus location then got to know bus is canclled.
It caused me too much inconvenience, trouble and monetory loss. As I was required to report to my office on 26th March and because of this unprofessional behaviour of this bus provider I was unable to travel on 25th march.
If passengers cancles ticket Travelyaari policy says passenger will not get any refund of tkt amount.
Now bus providor cancelled bus (didnt even informed) travelyaari/ bus provider should pay penalty and refund the double of tkt booking amount.
