On 17.12.2015, i made on line booking for Aurangabad Mumbai bus of Humsafar. While transaction was in progress and amount Rs.934/- deducted from my bank account, due to network problem, further process was incomlete. I could not get online ticket from your company. Thus the amount received from my bank account ought to have refunded. However, inspite of my repeated endeavour it is invain.
It amounts to unfair and cheating of a consumer. It may be redressed in court of law. However, to avoid unnecessary hardship, i request to take positive steps in the matter. Was this information helpful? |
