Travelyaari.com — Booked ticket but not informed(no call/SMS) about bus cancellation till I called travelyaari for bus details.

Hi, I booked ticket on 19th Jan from Pune to Latur, Ticket No[protected]. Bus got cancelled these people not informed me.No SMS or no call from till the last moment.When I called them they are saying this bus is cancelled. Worst service I ever faced. About the refund whenever I called they wont respond most of the time. Please refund my money ASAP. Thanks
