On 25 feb 2015 I generated 2 tickets from your portal. Travel date 27 feb 2015 pune to indore by Paulo PNR - P[protected] 01 mar 2015 indore to pune by Hans. PNR[protected] While boarding the Paulo bus yesterday we came to know that the booking had happened for date 27 march 2015 instead of 27 feb 2015, but my return ticket is correctly booked. What is surprising that the system has generated a return ticket which is before travel date while the travel date is 01 month ahead. This gitch on the part of your booking portal has caused severe inconvenience to me. I am expecting complete refund of my amount without any deduction what so ever.
