Travelyari — Refund not received

Hello,

I did booked a Pune - Rajnandgaon Bus with Mahendra travel on 27th September journey dated 1st October for 2 seats lower sleeper class.

PNR is[protected]. I called up on 1st October to travel yaro desk for cancellation, the executive told me they are initiating internal cancellation with the travel for 100% refund but can not provide any document and refund will be done within 5 days.

Today it is 18th October, I am still waiting for refund.
