I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai for 29th March 2021 using https://www.travolook.in/ website. Soon after the booking (REF[protected], I received a call from Travolook asking for more money in order to generate PNR for this flight as the fare got increased although the fare was still the same when I checked on the airlines website.
On denying she canceled this booking and assured refund amount 3736 would be credited to my account in 15 working days only.
During these 15 days, I HAD called them 10 times but no help on refund received. Post 15 days they are asking me to wait another 10 working days due to some issue on the refund at their end.
I am not sure where to raise a complaint against this fraudulent act of this new website. Was this information helpful? |
