I booked my flight ticket from Travolook.in from Nagpur to Mumbai on dated 19th May 2022, but the booking was cancelled by the Travolook (Booking ref. REF[protected] reason was emailed by them is ticket was cancelled due to "Fare Expiration". I sent the email to them on 23rd may 2022 for the refund of my money, but they revert me on 24th May 2022 and said that the "refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will be reflected back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days "So I waited for 15 days, but still my refund not initiated, Again i sending reminder email to them for the refund but now they are ignoring my email and no revert still i got. Request you take the action against them for such behavior and please refund my money as early.
