They are running this shady business practice wher they cancel the booking as soon as the payment is made and the money is with them and the customer is stuck with thi vicious cycle of continuosly calling them and getting an automated reply that the refund is being processed. at the end i.e. after over a month (personal experience) they will give this idea to transfer the money to the travolook wallet. this is the 2nd ticket booking i did with them from kolkata to mumbai and the exact same thing happened, refund the money asap travolook or else i have to initate a process to file a complaint to the higher authorities.
