I purchased Moto G 60 on Flipkart. I received the product on 4 th April. I opened the package and found that the screen was cracked. Therefore I raised an return and exchange request on the same day. My request was rejected by the seller Treasure Haul Online on 5 th April. I raised request for the 3 times which was again rejected. I raised request for the fourth time which is yet to give a resolution. I am getting no help from Flipkart. How I am supposed to accept a damaged product after paying 17000. This is a total case of cheating. No one is listening to my pleas. I request a strict action by exchanging my phone or refund my money back. I don't want this phone. I request to provide me a resolution against this seller.
