Trendin — Order Delivery and poor customer service

I ordered two shirts online from Trendin 435491 on 17th June 2015. I checked the order status on 18th June and I got to know that they have just shipped one shirt and cancelled one order without even informing me. I called the Customer support to check why the order was cancelled without notifying me. He then tells me that there was no stock available and hence we cancelled the order. Now I started enquiring about the shipment which has been shipped, he told me that the order has been dispatched and will be delivered in 2 working days. On 20th June I tried tracking the order number online but no go. It just wont display anything. Since I wasnt able to track the order I called the customer service again, I spoke to guy named Rakesh and he told me that he isnt able to track the order as well.. WOW!!! So the Customer Support guys can also not track the shipment but he said we wil get the shipment in next 2 days.. AGAIN!!! Now on 23rd June there was no delivery so back to square one.. I called the Customer service guys again and asked for Level 2 Support.. Niranth was the person whom I spoke to and he tells me the same story that the shipment is shipped blaah blaah blaah... But the fact is that he was unable to track the shipment as well. I told him please cancel the order I am no more interested in getting it.. He assured me to wait for a day more and I told him to call me and update me about the status. So its 30th June already and the shipment is not yet delivered.. And yes not to forget no one has called me either.. I tried calling back again everytime i give my order number the customer support guy keeps me on long hold and never comes back and I have to disconnect the call.. Please Please Please never ever order anything from Trendin guys. Waste of money.. waste of time and yes ur mobile bill will increase as well.. they have such pathetic service.
