On 17 Aug 2023 I placed an order with Trendize for a Reversible Quilted waterproof Sofa Protector-1 Seater x 1 valuing in Rs 1439 after discount.
I received it on the 21 Aug 2023, after opening the package I wanted to see if the sofa protector was waterproof or not. And wasn't. It didn't even resist a small glass of water and they had advertised to be a waterproof sofa protector. I reached out to them and they said they don't have product details so they can't tell me why it isn't waterproof. The best they can do is to exchange it with another cover, they will not accept return. Which is horrible because first they are advertising misleading information which is a forgery and they don't even have product details when they are selling it and they have no return policy to help us when they are in fault.
