I have sbi credit card, i have received a call from this mob no.[protected] from master and visa verification department at sbi on 15-june-2017. Executive asked me my card details (Number, date of birth, expire date and address) and she connected for ivr for card backside 3 digit number. Later she told my total outstanding due and remaining limit. She told you will get reward point of 7480, you will get 70 paise for 1 reward point. Then she told, you will get otp and you have to confirm through ivr so i was refuse to put otp. Then she gave to phone to manager so i spoke with him, he told there is 2 types of otp, this otp from bank side so nothing will happen still i dint put my otp, so i told him i will call sbi customer care once confirm i will give otp so he told please put your otp now it's last time i'm asking or else i will block your card. Later i disconnected the call and informed sbi customer and blocked my card. I just wanted to know how they will get my total amount due and remaining balance details.
