I have ordered in Trendybharat on 15th April but they didn't delivered even after 5th May. So i cancelled this order and asked for refund of the amount. Order has been after contacting Customer care many times. But after that amount has not been credited i tried many times talking to customer care but i didn't get any satisfactory answer. They said you will receive amount with in 2days after waiting in the call for about 10min but till now not received.
They are fraud people even while chatting with customer care or email sent to them they are not responding to any thing. If we call them, they will take 10min to check the order details and then 5 min to check the status of refund. Was this information helpful? |
