Hello. I have recently purchased footwear from tresmode ( express avenue ) Chennai. The material of the footwear starts to peel off within three times o[censored]se n two months o[censored]sage, priced at 5495. I have sent so many emails n spoken to customer care they say we are not responsible, n cannot give guarantee . How can they say we cannot help u? It is very expensive footwear.
