On 29/12/13, visited your showroom & talked to Mr. Ramakant Yadav to negotiate a deal for second sale & deposited a sum of rupees one thousand subject to finalize the deal after test drive which after trail did not liked so Mr. Ramakant Yadav asked accounts department prepare refund cheque which is till date unsigned by MD as conveyed by Mr. Ramakant .
On various phone calls he is expressing his helpless on getting the cheque signed which he shown to me also.
My complaint is to get the amount either by cash or through cheque earliest possible.
Anticipating a prompt action in this regard to keep up your goodwill.
