Tribeni Medicos — not providing bill for sanitizer

I am complaining about tribeni medicos, address - ground floor, opposite gokul niwas, adabari, guwahati, assam 781012. The pharmacy is not providing bill for the santiser i purchased on 23 march, and selling the bottle of 100 ml for 200rs even after the govt. Advise of selling sanitisers @ 20-25 rs. The person sitting in the pharmacy is too adamant in not giving the bill.
