I had booked a holiday package to Mahabaleshwar for 4 days from 12th Aug to 15th Aug alongwith the travel and accommodation for those days and had paid an advance booking amount of Rs. 15000. The booking was confirmed and the confirmation receipt and hotel details were shared, but the vehicle details were pending. Everytime they would say that due to peak season, it will take time for vehicle to be finalized. Even after multiple follow-ups, no proper response was provided and at last they cancelled the trip due to non-availability of vehicle without any intimation which I got to know on the day of trip. They said that the amount will be refunded within 25-30 days. However its been more than a month and the amount is not yet refunded. Now their mobile is not reachable and they are not answering via email as well.
