Trivandrum Motors — worst service experience

My name is vidhyadaran. Sir, last week i have visited trivandrum motors for servicing my vehicle (Safari strome kl25-h-26) and paid rs 12000 for doing the same. The worst thing is that the showroom peoples have not done any thing nor they have changed any parts. They just washed the vehicle and returned it to me. And asked me to pay 12000 and said that they have changed some of the parts. On the way to my home the car got breakdown. I have informed it to the showroom and there was no reply from their side. I visited the local mechanic and it was found that they have not tightened the battery.
After reaching home it was found that the service center staff has damaged one speaker they have not checked the power steering oil which was leaking. The dash bord was hanging down.

I called the concern service manager of trivandrum motors
And he is not giving any reply to me nor they are coming to check the vehicle. Now the stearing has got so thigten that its not possible to drive the vehich.

So please do the needful for the same. Or else i need to take legal action against the showroom.
Totally un satisfied with the showroom.
