True Balance — Charging 99.98%PA without informing the borrower before disbursement the loan

They are not refunding my money, payment failed but money deducted from my bank, its over 20 days, i send them bank statement etc, they still trying to blind, please help me, what can i do now????? Im poor student, took loan for education purpose, 2917 enough for me, please help me
