Respected sir,
I have added rs-2000 to my true balance mobile app wallet on 27/01/18. Money was debited from my bank account but for network problem money is not added to my wallet. Then again i added rs-1000 that’s added successfully. Now what will i do for taking my rs-2000 refund?? I have mailed them, but they won't reply. Their customer care no is incorrect. Complaint id from them is - 346194. Please do the needful.
