True Balance — I paid the loan amount but it's showing overdue in my cibil & it effect my cibil score

I take a loan from truebalance application but i was paid my total loan amount but still showing overdue in my cibil/crif report. I tried to reach them but they didn't respond . solve my problem as soon as possible.
