This is regarding my order on flipkart on 3rd november 2018 for redmi note 5 pro (Blue, 64
Gb) colour: blue seller: truenet commerce having
Order number : od[protected]
Flipkart has promised the order delivery by 9th of november. But as on date 11 november 2018 i have not received my order.
Tracking details showed that consignment have reached nearest hub panjim. When i called flipkart help centre representative ms. Harshada and her senior mr. Vivek said they are unable to help and provided me with tracking id of consignment[protected] of dotzot courier. When i checked at the courier website i learned that they have falsely stated that delivery was attempted and door was closed.
Courier neither tried to contact me neither they shared the number of courier boy. This is clear case of fraud. I am attaching herewith the status details which is available on courier site. Kindly do the needful. And take this matter very seriously to ensure me the speedy delivery of my order.
