I had given my saree and blouses for dry cleaning, which I was informed that will be dry cleaned and delivered to my address.
The never delivered it and I had go pick it up. They had packed the blouses separately, which I assumed was purely for convinience but when I opened the packet the
The blouses had huge dark patches and fungus on them.
When I called the customer care they again said they will pick it up and get it cleaned and then the runner convinently cancelled saying that he will not come to the address. the staff has no idea whether it can picked up or not.
The staff also said they will generate the bill and send it on whatsapp, never generated that also
