Tsmdc — failed transaction amount remittance

On 13/12/2017 at around 7.45 am i k rajeshwar reddy transferd money to tsmdc an amount of rs 11, 117 through pay u money against the vehicle no. Ts19t1156 with a narration no. Of [protected] pay u ap online tsmdc and hdfc preference no.[protected] but order no was not created which indicates that the transaction was failed and the amount was deducted from my account my humble request to you to remit back my failed transaction amount as early as possible.
