Tspl — Videocon d2h recharge

I paid Rs 265 as part of videocon d2h recharge and the amount is debited from my account. However it is not credited to videocon d2h and I would like to request TPSL payment gateway to resolve the issue at the earliest as it is inconvenience for the consumers to track the payment and there are unncecessay late payment charges for the services.
