Dear Sir, I had booked ticket for Special Darshan for TTD on 02nd July, But i got the status as Network delay: Transaction cancelled. But the amount got deducted from my account. Please refund my amount. My amount debit details: Your a/c 308441 is debited INR 1800.00 on[protected]:34:19 Info: PUR/TTD-SPECIAL DARSHAN/CHITTOOR/TTD-SPECIAL DARSHAN.

TTD is having surplus amount. But the staff employed is busy is taking care of that surplus amount rather looking into the day to day issues what general public is facing. Amount gets deducted 2 or thrice and no action on refunds is been taken by these GOD GUARDS.
