[Resolved] TTK Prestige — Bad Product & no after sales service | |||
I bought a prestige non-stick tawa from TTK's authorised dealer(Ratna Agencies Nanganallur, Chennai), which was give 1 year warranty. After using it for few months the non-stick coating peeled off. I gave it the dealer where i bought, they assured for replacement. Even after 2 months (till now) the dealer is not responding properly. Even i tried to reach customer care through email, but no action taken so far. I too contacted customer care thru phone, but poor response, and they always give confusing reply, but I was able to get the complaint # CHEN547010. The customer care # is 33441111, but most of the time, it takes a long time to pick, Even picked i hear the other executives are chatting with others with jokes..., some time i get the message "Number not in Use". I have also lodged a complain from TTK's website, no response for that too... This also makes to think, whether this organisation behaves to its name or not. Was this information helpful? | |||
