I bought a Prestige Omega Deluxe Granite Pan on 15/10/2021 and while using 1st time only, the food which we cook on this pan taste so bitter(BAD) so we again tried 2-3 times but the result was same, the food taste the same way as it taste before(bitter).So we connected with customer care (Banglore) they helped us by giving nearest ''Prestige authorized service center''(DADAR).After reaching there they heard our complaint and they contacted at ''Goregaon prestige office''.A prestige Engineer from goregaon got to know our complaint but we didn't get our satisfied result, he told that it wont be exchange or replaced.His output was like that it was our(customers) fault for getting bitter taste.He told that it was our fault only.He suggested to use readymade batter from market but we have also experienced with the same result, so these was not the expectation we were looking for.
We also tried the same batter on different pan but it tasted so well (so good), it didn't taste the same way as it tasted on ''Prestige Omega Deluxe Granite Pan''.So basically fault is there in Prestige Deluxe granite pan.
So we urge you too look after our complaint and get our result by looking into it .
