Please note that I have purchase the Prestige 3 burner stove & had lodge a complaint two times for the first pan, there is a gas leakage problem.
Your engineer comes two times & repaired it but no success.
This is the third time have lodge a complaint from the website that today again have found that gas leakage & small fire light continuous showing down on first pan.
Its a request from my end to replace this faulty product with new one. I don't want to do R&d on this product. It is risky to my family.
Once again its a humble request to change the product.

Today again have called Prestige customercare & they arrange a engineer visit for checking the problem. AGAIN he has checked & not found the issue & convey the message to his boss Prem Morye.
He greased again in the first pan but then also slightly gas smell is coming which he confirmed. He told me to observe for two days or he will again change the first pan gas top which I totally disagreed.He call & connect me with his BOSS Prem Morye. While talking he is not good & he also asking me to observe for two more days.
Not understanding the life of our family & parents.
Need urgent attention & action on this.
