TTK Prestige — Gas stove scam

It has the worst service amongst all brands..
My gas broke down, I took number of customer care from Google and called on that, a Technician was allotted to me and he calld and came and did all my work and changed parts, charged a total bill of Rs. 7, 625.. after 2 days my gas brokedown again, I called that person he did not respond.. then I called customer care prestige, now they are saying that was a scam and he was a fake Technician..

This is a big scam from prestige and prestige is not ready to refund my money.. a legal action should be taken against that Technician because they are spoiling name of such prestigious company.. and I am not going yo recommend this brand to anyone..

Please don't go for it!
