Hello, I have purchased this product on 03 June 2023 through Flipkart and it was delivered to me on 9th June 2023. This Induction cooktop is in warranty and Since I have purchased it, it had stopped working 3 times. First 2 times, Prestige sent their technician to repair. But again the product stopped working 3rd time in January 2024. I have registered a complaint with Prestige on January 31st and asked them to repair / replace the product. They sent one technician after my complaint and that technician said that some parts needs to be replaced and he doesn't have it. Till now, there is no response from Prestige on when the product will be repaired / replaced. Kindly help in getting the product replaced as if the consumer durable stops working 83 times within 6-7 months of purchase, there is something wrong with the product itself. And over and above that, Prestige TTK isn't able to get it repaired even after more than 20 days of raising a complain with them.
