I have purchased Prestige Induction Cook Top(model no.PIC 31.0 V4) on 12.05.2020 from Ganapati Mobile Store and Home Appliances, Naihati and its under warranty period.But after 2 months of its usage the various problem started to arise after making complaint to the service centers the technicians used to come and repair the same.After repairing the same it works properly for 4-5 days and again the same problem arises.We have made complaints for about 8-9 times but no resolution has been made.We have contacted with the seller but He doesn't take any responsibility and says the company will deal with it and whatever problem is being faced by us we have to disclose to the company technicians who comes for the repair.I being Senior citizen have to bear this hurdle which is becoming very difficult for me to confront.So I request to look into it by either replacing the same or refund our money.Hoping for some positive response.My name is-
