Hi, I purchased the Prestige Svachh Gas Stove GTSV-03 on 14th Nov 2021, After installing we found that one of the burners when it is simmed it gets turned off, which is dangerous. Called the customer care and service person came without spare part, he took photo of my warranty card and went off and has not turned up till now. I called three to four time to customer care but only assurances I'm getting and no service. Request to look into the same and help in getting the same reolved since this is life threatening issue
