TTK Prestige — Need a replacement of a Pressure Cooker in a Warranty Period

Dear Team,
I have sent a separate email to prestige customer care describing the issue of the pressure cooker and asked for a replacement. The customer team is not responding for the replacement of the product even though the product's condition is fine. I need a replacement confirmation so that i can show it to the vendor.
