We have bought the new stove on 24-jan-2021 from Happy electronics exclusive prestige showroom royapuram, chennai, the stove started giving problem from next day and we tried to manage for some time. But then the burner flame becomes very low then we filled the complaint. The service person came and clean the burner and it was working fine only for a few days then again it started giving a problem. Now it's producing more smoke and the vessels become fully smoke and dark.
So we would request you replace the product and need your help on this issue.
Within a week's time, we have filled the complaint twice and the issue still persists.
