I purchased a induction stove model PIC 20.0 serial number L[protected] on 29th of January 2016 it worked well for about 8 months and then developed some technical issues and stopped working. Then i raised the complaint with the customer care with the complaint number CHEN 2054035 and was informed that a technician would visit my house to fix the problem but no technician showed up then i called up the call center again and they informed that my complaint was forwarded to the service center located in Porur after waiting for three days i myself carried the equipment to the service center on monday 3rd of October 2016 and was given the job code 2395 and was informed i would get it fixed in 2 working days and i was informed on the 2nd day that it was the problem with the board and needed to be replaced. When i called up today i was told that stove has gone to the main service center in Mylapore and i will get it back in two days. The stove is still under warranty and so far i have almost rs250 for transportation and i have been made to run here and there. The service is really very bad and did not expect this from Prestige.
