I purchased a Vogue hiptop 3 Burner stove on 26/9/2022. Within 1year, the burner has disfigured and there is no flame coming from it at all.
I reached out to prestige and filed a complaint on Mar 14th 2023. The service executive (Sanju) was reluctant to come home in the beginning, but when he came he just said burner is gone I will place and order and it will take a week. It's been more than 2weeks. I called Sanju the executive he doesn't answer. I've tried to reach out to the customer care, every time I reach out, all they say is "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, please call so and so". First time they gave me Area Manager's (T.P Natrajan) number I reached out to him, he's not answering his calls, again I had to reach out to the customer care, they gave me another number(Bangalore head office), nobody is picking up calls. After paying money and purchasing a product thinking that the quality and service will be exceptional, this is what a customer has to go through. Stove quality is soo bad, and quality of the product is life threatening. Sometimes there is no flame at all suddenly, and gas is leaking. What is anything dangerous happens.
