I have purchased Prestige S.S. 7.5 Litre pressure cooker from M/s Real Steel Centre 452, Mint Street, Chennai:600003 on 29.12.2020. It had some manufacturing defect and the dealer guided us to Sri Kumaran Enterprises, 55, Tana Street, Chennai:600007, there authorised Service Centre. Their service contact is [protected]/[protected]. I was given a ticket no.CHEN61681811 and was assured of replacement in 3-4 days. But it has been 3 weeks since I have not received the replacement. Yesterday they called up for the same and when I checked the product it was 6.5 Litre Aluminium Pressure Cooker. Hence I returned the same and demanded the exact replacement for what I gave them. Now they are saying that it will take one more week. This is a very big mental torture I am facing right now. They said if you want immediate replacement take 5.5 Litres S.S.cooker. Why is this happening with such big Company. I don't know where to appeal for this consumer harrasment and seeking your help to resolve this issue.
