I had bought Royale Plus Schott Glass Top Duplex DGT04 Gas Stove and used it only for a day. I realised that the stove has design issues. The pan/vessel on the burner kept wobbling and due to the gap between the two platforms of the stove, any spillage got stuck between those gaps and started stinking smell within a few hours.
I complained to Prestige guys about replacing it with a normal model but did not receive any response from them on the same. So I decided to send them a legal notice on the same. And to my surprise I got a unapologetic insensitive response from their legal stating that they were not willing to exchange the product. I was surprised by their adamant response which also states that "The user is expected to ensure no spillage and any spillage to be cleaned".
Pains to see that such a strong national brand going so terrifically down on customer sensitivity. Will fight them in consumer court and will post the results soon. Was this information helpful? |
