I am Harshavardhan, I purchased the Prestige SVACHH Gas Stove model GTSV-04 on 07/11/2022 During the use of stove, on 19/02/2023, toughened glass (having 5 years warranty) of the stove has broken and hence i stopped using it.
Immediately i raised the complaint with the Customer Service team vide Job no BANG[protected].
Even after 18 days of registering the compliant and with multiple follow ups, my complaint not addressed and the product lying damaged and unused.
Best solution for the problem is to replace the broken toughened glass by a non breakable plate (Preferably Stainless steel)
There is no basic courtesy by the company and their customer care to reach out and provide any update, leading me to spend on an average0.5- 1 hour per day trying to reach out their customer care to find solution.
