TV Teleshopping — Defective product not taken back after giving many complaints

I purchased nicer dicer plus vegetable cutter on 17.3.15. Order number T[protected] . Product code[protected]. The product was defective. During first use the blade and cutter were broken. I made a complaint through phone and also through e-mail and requested to take back the product and also requested to refund the amount paid through online. Complaint No.472907. But so far no information has been received either through phone or through mail. The product was not taken back till this time. During several attempt I could not contact the company through phone.In tvtelesopping Phone no.[protected], I heared only music . No response.Very worst online trading company. The company may be instructed to take back the defective product from my address and also instructed to refund the amount of Rs.999/- paid through onlline. My Name is M.Mohamed Rabeek.
