[Resolved] TV Teleshopping — Fraud on purchase of Hair in styler | |||
i have purchased hair styler online on 2 January 2014 with option of cash on delivery payment. It reached to my home on 17th January 2014.i made the payment and received the parcel.on opening and checking i found the product defective with it's rotating rod jammed. i immediately made a complaint on phone:[protected] .they told me to call in thier morning hours. so on 18th January i made a call on the same no. at 11 am..they assured of the product getting replaced. so i sent the product on their laxmi nagar delhi office on 18th January 2014..they have not yet sent it back to me..it has been more than 3 months now from the date of purchase.
