[Resolved]  TV Teleshopping — NO action from TV Teleshopping despite several calls & e-mails

I ordered a Camera Pen from TV teleshopping in Oct 2013. I received the package promptly, but the camera DID NOT WORK!
Initially, I thought that perhaps I did not know the proper operating procedure, since there was no instruction manual. So I phoned them and they sent the manual. But it still DID NOT WORK, because the product was faulty.
I made several complaints via phone and e-mail, but there has been NO RESOLUTION. I must've wasted several hours and hundreds of rupees on STD calls to their call centre.
Every time on the phone they assure that there will be a call back in 72 hours, but NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK.
I FEEL TV TELESHOPPING IS JUST CHEATING PEOPLE, BY TAKING MONEY AND GIVING DUD PRODUCTS!
