We bought our tvs Jupiter on 20th September, 2021 from TVS Oceanic Motors, Memnagar, Ahmedabad. From past many days our TVS Jupiter is not working properly. The headlight is not working properly [the headlight focus on road is not working properly and the light is bending towards right side more] and digital metre is not working properly. While on the time of purchase also we were given used TVS Jupiter and we complained about it then then it was exchanged immediately. Still we are not getting any proper service from your tvs centre as mentioned above. Even a month is not completed and we are having such problems in our TVS Jupiter.
I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful.
